We present you with 9 phases of breeding and processing of your fish. All phases go according to accurately defined standards and are subjected to through control.
The whole breeding process enables us to offer an unheard-of-repeatability of products and highest quality.
Phase I – Spawn
Import of the best spwan from cultures in France and other Eutopean countries.
Phase II – Hatch
Hatch in specialist buildings of Fario hatcheries. Those buildings are supplied with spring of fixed temperature.
Phase III – Fry raising
Fry raising, which is later transported to a specialist Fario breeding centre in Nowina.
Phase IV – Breeding fish
This is the phase of breeding fish when return of bigger fish to the breeding centre in Zochowo takes place. Further breeding is carried out until weight indicated by the client has been reached.
Phase V – Catching
Catching is carried out by means of an automated process enabling faster segregation of fish as regards its size in order to choose the most optimal fish from the point of view of the buyer's order.
Phase VI – Gutting
A so-called oriented gutting of fish:
- with gills
- without gills
takes place in the halls of the fish processing plant.
Phase VII – Filleting
Filleting.
Phase VIII – Packing into ice
Packing into ice and preparing to transport fish outside the processing plant.
Phase IX – Export of products
Export of products.
Within 24 hours from the moment our fish is caughtm it can be trasported to any place in Poland.
