Fario MAP technology

 

We ae glad to present you the new technology of packing fresh fish in a modified atmosphere MAP (air with neutral gas environment replacement).

Created and used by Fario, it makes us the only polish producer to utilise such us a modern technology.

 

The technology gives many advantages to the end customer:

 

1. New standard in fresh fish selling.

2. New sale standards for the end customer.

3. Loses of ice-table fish selling reduced to minimum.

4. Possibillity of fish selling in shops not adapted to such asssortment.

5. The shortest possible time 48h from fishing to shop delivery, with the restof the time left for selling from a refrigerating machine.

6. Products edible for 10 days.

8. Flexibility in package and weight adjustment.

2. Fish carefully put on a tray, ready for MAP packing process.

3. Last moments the fish is in environmental atmosphere.

4. The fish is in a barier foil conveyor bell, protected by a modified atmosphere.

5. The tray with fish closed by the barrier foil, after the foil shrinking phase.
